Cranbourne Medical & Skin Clinic is now promoting Iron Infusion with a reduced out of pocket cost for the patients having Medicare cards. For further information Kindly contact the Practice at 03 9789 0108 & make appointment to get your infusion done. Please remember initial appointment with the doctor is mandatory prior booking iron infusion to discuss your results, allergies, health conditions and available dates. We are doing initial consult totally bulk billed for the patients having Medicare card, Patients are only required to pay on the day of infusion so that they can get Medicare rebate. Any person can either telephone for an appointment, make an appointment online or walk in at any time during opening hours and be seen by the next available doctor.
To book an appointment please ring (03) 9789 0108 or drop by the Centre. If you require an appointment longer than 10 minutes, please tell the receptionist while you are talking to them.
Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time.
Emergencies will always be given priority at our service.
If there is any unforeseen delay or your GP has been called away our reception staff will attempt to contact you.
If you or a family member requires an interpreter service, please let us know when you make the appointment so we can organise this for you.

There may be times when a doctor will need to visit you at home. This may happen any time, in or out of hours. Arrangements will be made between you and your doctor.
If you wish to talk to your doctor, nurse of health worker, please contact us between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Fridays on (03) 9789 0108. If the people you wish to speak to is not available, please leave a message with the reception staff and they will contact you as soon as possible. If your call is urgent, please be sure to tell the person taking your message.
Revita Medical and Skin clinic is a bulk billing service. If you are referred to a visiting service held here at Highway medical Centre or at another facility you may be charged a fee for that service. Your doctor will talk to you about this at the time of making the referral.
Our practice is mindful that even if patients have provided electronic contact details, they may not be proficient in communicating via electronic means and patient consent needs to be obtained before engaging in electronic communication. Electronic communication includes email, facsimile and Short Message Service (SMS).
If you have had a test done, please be sure to contact the clinic 3 to 5 working days following the test for the results, or as advised by your doctor.
It is our policy not to notify clients if an appointment with the doctor is not required following tests.
Our practice is committed to preventive and holistic health care and follows best practice guidelines. Highway Medical Centre works in cooperation with National and State based recall and reminder registers. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventive health services appropriate to your care. If you do not want to be part of this reminder system please tell the receptionist or your doctor.
Your medical record is a confidential document. All staff at Revita Medical and Skin clinic respect the privacy and confidentiality of your health information. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.
