Counselling Psychologist

Dr. Anis spent the beginning of her long career at the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, where she finished her MBBS degree in 2000; she has since completed a master’s in counselling psychology. She worked at a private hospital for a decade and a half before moving to Australia in 2016. As a counselling psychologist, she’s dedicated her career to treating those with mental health conditions.

What’s her approach? She is person-centred and holistic, using your strengths to help and even using external parties if needed. This can include helping with critical events that put a person at risk. Dr. Anis also has experience working with culturally diverse individuals of all ages, genders, and ethnical background.
